Concrete cutting is a specialised technique used to create clean and precise openings in concrete surfaces. It plays a crucial role in construction and renovation projects, allowing for modifications, utility installations, and structural enhancements.
What We Do
Handsawing and Ringsawing
We have various options and capabilities for hand sawing, from petrol saws to high-frequency ring saws. So we have the right tool for any job.
High-Frequency Hand Sawing
The High-frequency Hand Saw cuts up to 165mm deep and can be safely converted into a flush cutting saw with 4mm clearance within 2 minutes.
The mechanism behind high-frequency does not use oil but rather a high-frequency converter creating a cleaner work environment.
High-Frequency Ring Sawing
Our high-frequency Ring Saw is capable of cutting 300mm deep. It can cut deep with no overcutting and no core holes whilst leaving a precision square-cut edge. Ideal for double brick walls and door and window openings and runs off electricity.
Our high-frequency concrete ring saw can operate on single or 3 phase power. This machine is water-cooled, can be used in wet and dry conditions, and is very efficient. It has:
- A high output
- Low weight
- Is well-balanced
- Has low vibration levels
Concrete Ring sawing is similar to hand sawing except that the cuts are deeper thanks to eliminating the rotary blade. Ring saws are generally used for smaller-scale jobs because of their improved access.
Our ring saws are fume-less, essential when working in confined spaces that may not be well-ventilated.
Ring saw concrete cutting is completed in a highly controlled manner. It creates absolutely no dust because it uses a wet blade.
Ring Sawing is used for:
- Double brick walls
- Staircases
- Door and window openings
- Concrete footings
- In applications where cutting concrete or brick that is thicker with a max depth of 300mm
Petrol Hand Sawing
Our Petrol Hand Saw is generally used to cut areas you cannot reach with a bigger saw.
Our Hand Saw cuts to depths of up to 150mm through rigid materials. They also offer a reasonable degree of precision for:
- The removal of existing concrete slabs
- The removal of asphalt
- Excavation services for the installation of plumbing or electrical systems
- Cutting of asphalt or concrete for renovation/expansion purposes
Petrol Ring Sawing
The Petrol Ring Saw can cut up to 270mm deep.
Ring Sawing is generally used for:
- Double brick walls
- Staircases
- Door and window openings
- Concrete footings
- When cutting concrete, asphalt or brick that is thicker but with a max depth of 270mm
Ring saw concrete cutting is completed in a very controlled manner. This has the benefit of meaning there is no dust because we are using a wet blade to control the dust.
